DUBAI DREAM PROMOTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Information

1. The Dubai Dream Promotion starts at 00:00 UTC on October 29, 2025, and ends at 23:59 UTC on February 2, 2026

2. The promotion is open to all players holding an active account on Spinit.

3. The total prize pool of the promotion is 500,000 EUR.

4. The Grand Prize - an Apartment in Dubai (the “Apartment”) or the equivalent value thereof - is fixed at the start date of the promotion and amounts to 400,000 EUR.

5. Participants ranked from 2nd to 100th place at the end of the promotion will receive cash prizes based on their final position in the leaderboard:

* the company may in its absolute and sole discretion, choose the prize actually paid or given: The Apartment worth shall not exceed a gross amount of 400,000 EUR.

6. The player ranked in 1st place (the “Winner”) shall have no right, and the company shall not be obligated, to ask or demand from the company for the actual Apartment in the event the company opted to give the cash equivalent, and vice versa.

7. It is hereby agreed and acknowledged that in the event the company opts to give to the Winner the Apartment, it will be given on an “as is” basis and the company makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Apartment, including but not limited to: its condition, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose; compliance with any architectural, building, planning, zoning or safety requirements; suitability for habitation, rental, resale, or any other use; freedom from defects, charges or third-party claims.

8. The Apartment is granted on a gross basis. Any and all costs, taxes, fees, levies, transfer charges, registration costs, notary fees, duties or other expenses associated with the transfer, registration, ownership, maintenance, or disposition of the apartment shall be borne solely by the winner. The company shall have no obligation to bear or reimburse any such costs.

9. Furthermore, the Winner shall be solely responsible for satisfying all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to the ownership and transfer of the Apartment under his/her name, including compliance with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates and in the Winner’s country of residence.

10. The final prize amounts are determined and fixed in the official leaderboard as of February 2, 2026 - the promotion’s end date - and may vary depending on the exchange rate of the euro to the local currency at that time.

11. All payouts In EUR or the equivalent amount in another currency according to the exchange rate on the promotion’s end date, February 2, 2026, will be made within 7 days after the end of the promotion to the player’s Spinit account.

12. The cash prize will be credited to the player’s balance, and before it is withdrawn, there will be a wagering requirement of 1x on the casino, live and sports.

2. Participation

1. Participation in the Dubai Dream Promotion does not restrict players from joining or winning other tournaments or promotions available on the site, including slot-based and sports tournaments, while collecting Dubai Coins.

2. To earn Dubai Coins, players must take part in weekly casino or sports tournaments.

3. Tournaments start every Monday, beginning October 29, 2025.

4. Dubai Coin accrual and tournament participation follow the respective tournament rules.

• Minimum qualifying casino bet: 0.3 EUR / 1,4 PLN / 3 NOK / 0.5 AUD / 0.45 CAD / CHF 0,33 / 300 CLP / 7.5 CZK / 120 HUF / 0.6 NZD / 1.5 PEN / 0.3 USD
• Eligible games: All casino slot games
• Minimum qualifying sport bet: 2 EUR / 9 PLN / 20 NOK / 3 AUD / 3 CAD / CHF 2,2 / 2.000 CLP / 50 CZK / 800 HUF / 4 NZD / 10 PEN / 2 USD
• Eligible events: Only bets placed on the following sports will count towards this tournament: football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, american football, baseball, E-sports.

5. Based on weekly casino and sports tournament results, the Top 100 players will be determined according to their score.

6. The Top 100 participants in each weekly Dubai tournament (casino and sports) will receive Dubai Coins, with the quantity determined by their leaderboard position.

7. The procedure for awarding Dubai Coins is described in the Dubai Tournament Rules.

8. Participants are responsible for understanding local import laws, tax obligations, and registration requirements related to physical prizes. These costs are not included in the Promotion. Import fees, tax liabilities, and other costs are the responsibility of the winner and not covered by the Organizer.

3. Leaderboard and Coin Distribution

1. All players who receive Dubai Coins will be displayed on a Dubai Leaderboard on the Promo Page, showing their coin balance and current position.

2. The Global Leaderboard is updated within 24 hours after the conclusion of each weekly tournament.

3. Dubai Coins are credited to player accounts within 24 hours following the end of the respective weekly tournament.

4. The Global Leaderboard is determined by the total number of Dubai Coins accumulated throughout the promotion period

5. If two or more participants achieve the same score in a weekly tournament, the player’s VIP level will be used as a tiebreaker to determine the final ranking.

4. Compliance

All participants must comply with the general Terms and Conditions of the casino, as well as the specific rules outlined in this Promotion.

5. Organizer’s Rights

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, tournament structure, scoring rules, or point allocation at any time during the promotion.

2. Such amendments may be made to improve the tournament process, ensure fairness, or mitigate potential risks.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, multiple account usage, or abuse of bonus systems.
